Sharat limited began with the opening of a community space, which became sanctuary@mayfair, where we spent time with the community and made friends. This made us realize our skills, passion and vision for the whole region could all be best served by being heavily involved in entrepreneurial business and economic development. With the help of our excellent manager Bob Wakefield and the expertise he brings to the work Sharat limited; we have drawn our plan to see the next part of the vision accomplished.

We believe that with passionate people involved, the communities of Tamaki have a bright future: sustainable communities where people want to live and work and where their entire spiritual, emotional and physical needs are met, that contributes to a good quality of life.
